Before your laser session, avoid sun exposure for at least three weeks. Tanning activators and self-tanners should be discontinued 15 days before the laser wrinkle treatment.

The session for treating the entire face lasts about 20 minutes. The laser is paired with a cooling system that blows cold air for maximum comfort. You may experience a strong warming sensation during the treatment, which can be alleviated with a topical anesthetic cream like Emla.

After the treatment, you may feel heat on your skin similar to a sunburn. A healing cream will be applied immediately after.

It is recommended not to apply makeup immediately after the session to avoid skin irritation. Direct sun exposure can lead to pigmentation lasting several months, so it should be avoided.

Fractional laser wrinkle treatment is contraindicated in the following cases :

• Recent sun exposure or tanned skin
• Ongoing immunosuppressive treatment
• Use of photosensitizing medications
• Certain autoimmune or genetic diseases (e.g., lupus, porphyria)
• Unstable chronic conditions
• Presence of infectious or cancerous skin lesions on the treated area
• Pregnancy and breastfeeding
• Pacemaker
• Metal implants in the treatment area

Areas with tattoos or permanent makeup cannot be treated.

You may experience intense redness and a warming sensation for about 24 hours, which can be easily relieved with healing cream and thermal water. Light makeup can be applied the next day if needed.
The typical treatment protocol involves three sessions spaced one month apart.
